IPDPS 2020 Registration Details

Registration Options and Fees

All papers accepted for both the main conference and the workshops have been uploaded to be published as part of the proceedings that will be distributed the week before the scheduled conference (18-22 May). The online publication will include both papers and static presentations for each paper. Access to the online publication, which will be available 3-4 weeks, is at no charge, but will require registration. Complimentary registration is available the month of May.

• There will be a single registration fee of $75 per paper for both the main conference and workshops.
• Authors who have already registered at the original fees will receive refunds for the amount already paid less the $75 paper fee.
• The fees for all wire transfers for payment and for refunding amounts due will be charged to the registrant at cost.
• The $200 fee for extra pages will continue to apply. Any extra page fees already paid will be retained by conference.
• Deadline for Author/Paper payment is April 30, 2020.
• All non-author registrations that have already been collected will be refunded in full, without processing fees.

Refund Policy

No registrations after April 15th are refundable. All registrants prior to that date will receive email describing how refunds (less the Author/Paper fee) will be made. Due to the impact of conference cancellations, it will take some time to process refunds, but all will be made by the end of May.

Please note before you register:

• Author/paper fees must be received by 30 April at 11:59 PM Dateline Time to be published in the proceedings.
• All registrants before April 15th will receive email regarding the processing of refunds due.

Important Author Information

For each paper, at least one author must be registered for the paper to be included in the proceedings. The author/paper registration deadline is 30 April, 2020.

• Each Author Registration is valid for ONE paper.
• Once the paper is registered, all co-authors are eligible to register at no fee during the month of May, so that they may access the online publication of papers + presentations. This also provides access to the individual programs being hosted on the websites of the IPDPS 2020 workshops and any synchronous events that might be developed for the main conference.
• For eligible papers being published in the proceedings, up to 2 additional pages may be purchased per paper for an additional fee of US$200 per page. See Author Resources page on conference website to determine eligibility for extra pages.
