Reservation Deposit
To guarantee reservation at the IPDPS rate, a 1-night advance deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until 6:00 AM the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance of your arrival date are subject to a penalty of one (1) night's room rate + applicable taxes.
