IPDPS 2015 Commercially Supported Registration

Only faculty members or students from an Indian Institution and researchers from an Indian Government R&D Organization are eligible to register at the reduced fees below, made possible through commercial support from IPDPS Industry Partners. Please check that you are eligible for these fees before going to the registration page.

• Who is eligible to register for IPDPS 2015 from this page:
  • Full time faculty and students from an Indian institution, and
  • Researchers employed by an Indian government R&D organization.
  • Any co-author of a conference or workshop paper for which there is a record of registration by at least one author at full conference fees.

• Who is not eligible to register for IPDPS 2015 at the below rates:
  • Anyone who has authored a paper that has been accepted by the main conference and will be published in the proceedings;
  • Anyone who has authored a paper that has been accepted by an IPDPS 2015 workshop and will be published in the proceedings;
  • Any PhD student who has applied and been accepted to participate in the IPDPS 2015 PhD Forum.
  • Registrants may be asked to present credentials (business card, student ID, etc.) attesting to their eligibility for these fees when checking in at the symposium registration.

• Registration for all India-based participants eligible to register at reduced fees below will be online. Click here to begin the online registration process

• Payment is by credit card only. Registrants should check that their card will be accepted for international payment or arrange with the bank backing their card that they will be making a payment to 2015 IEEE IPDPS when they register online.

Please note before you register:

1. Registration includes participation and attendance at ALL symposium events including workshops, proceedings, breaks, lunch, reception and banquet.
2. Advance registration fees must be received before 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time (GMT -05:00), 30 March 2015. Onsite fees will apply after that time and date.
3. Member number(s) for IEEE and ACM Life & Student members are required for the respective fees. A copy of a student photo ID for the current year and IEEE or ACM Student Membership Number must be presented when checking in at the symposium registration.
4. Refund Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 18 May 2015. There will be an administrative fee of $50 USD deducted from each refund. All refund requests must be in writing to IEEE MCM, by emailing IPDPSreg@ieee.org
