At least one author of each paper must be registered for the symposium by March 27 March 31, 2023 in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings. Presentation of an accepted paper at the conference is a requirement of publication. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will not be included in IEEE Xplore.

The submission deadline for camera-ready papers varies by workshop but all are due by March 7, 2023 March 15th.
ALL AUTHORS
The conference proceedings of IPDPS 2023 will be published in two volumes with two separate ISBN's: one for the regular conference technical program (IPDPS) and one for the workshops (IPDPSW). The publication will be available online to all registered attendees one week prior to and throughout the week of the conference.
The Conference Publishing Services (CPS) of the IEEE Computer Society will produce the IPDPS 2023 proceedings. Post conference, the two volumes of proceedings will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. This requires that all papers submitted for publication must meet a minimum standard for both print and electronic publishing.
To help authors meet that standard, this IPDPS Web page will take you to the CPS Author Final Paper Preparation and Submission Instructions (the author kit). See below.
DO NOT GO TO THE SUBMISSION PLATFORM FOR YOUR PAPER (i.e., Linklings) TO SUBMIT FINAL CAMERA READY PAPER.
Before going to CPS Author Kit page, please note carefully the following:
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR IPDPS 2023 AUTHORS
At least one author of each paper must be registered for the symposium by March 27th March 31st in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings. It must be a full registration unless the sole author of the paper is a student. One registration is valid for one (1) paper. Authors presenting multiple papers may pay an "Additional Paper Fee" for each extra paper at the time they register.
Extra Page Fee:
- Main conference authors of regular papers (maximum length 11 pages) may purchase an additional page for a total of twelve (12).
- Workshop authors of regular papers (10 or 8 pages, as designated by the individual workshop) may purchase up to two (2) additional pages in the proceedings at US$200 per page at the time they register. Authors submitting “short” (less than 8 pages) papers are not eligible to purchase additional pages.
If you elect to add additional page, you may purchase online (as part of IPDPS Registration) at a cost of $200. Please note that this charge is in addition to the author registration for the paper and may be paid at the time you register.
