Note: Refer to IEEE Computer Society-IPDPS to obtain rate. This special guaranteed rate is available 3 days prior to and following IPDPS 2016 – from May 20th through May 30, 2016.
This rate cannot be guaranteed for reservations made after April 29, 2016. Reservations after this date will be accepted on a space available basis at the conference rate.
Reservation Deposit
To guarantee your reservation at the IEEE-IPDPS rate, a 1-night advance deposit of USD $ 199 will be charged to the credit card provided (or may be paid by check or money order). For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until 6:00 AM the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Should guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received prior to 6:00 P.M. on the arrival date. Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 A.M. the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.
