ABOUT SOLD-OUT DATES: To find a room for the sold-out nights, attendees may check with a hotel booking engine for places either near Logan Airport or close to Cambridge (Boston is across the river from Cambridge and Somerville is next door). If you have not traveled to Boston, the public transportation is excellent and the distances and travel times are short, and there are taxis everywhere.

Reservation Deposit: To guarantee your reservation at the IPDPS13 rate, a 1-night deposit of USD $179.00 will be charged to the credit card provided. For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until 6:00 AM the following morning. Check-in and check-out times are 3:00 PM and 12:00 PM respectively.
Cancellation Policy: Should guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received prior to 6:00 PM on the arrival date. Medical and personal emergencies, which cause an individual cancellation or an early departure, will not be penalized with reasonable notice to the hotel, and the Hotel allows name changes without any penalty.
