The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. These rates cannot be guaranteed for reservations made after May 5, 2017. Reservations after this date will be accepted on a space available basis at the conference rate.

Reservation Deposit
To guarantee reservation at the IPDPS rate, a 1-night advance deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until 6:00 AM the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Should guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received 72 hours prior check in on the arrival date.
