The Regal Shanghai East Asia Hotel IPDPS Room Block is fully booked.
The hotel has arranged accommodations at a sister hotel, and rooms may be booked there at IPDPS 2012 Special Rates. See below for two ways to make reservations at the New East Asia Hotel. There will be shuttle service between this hotel and the Regal Shanghai.
Reservation Guarantee
To guarantee an individual reservation, a guest must either (1) send a check or money order covering the first night's room rate plus applicable sales tax, (2) send a signed letter or form (see below) authorizing the Regal Shanghai to charge the room deposit and applicable sales to the guest's credit card, or (3) give the guest's credit card information by telephone.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel by 6:00 PM hotel time on your arrival date, there will be no forfeiture of your deposit. If you cancel after 6:00 PM hotel time on that day, the forfeiture amount will be a one-night stay.
