The submission site for camera-ready papers is now closed. Authors must register
by March 17th for their papers to be included in the proceedings of the conference.
The following instructions will help you prepare your paper in accordance with IEEE Xplore requirements, so that you will be ready to upload an Xplore compatible PDF and submit your e-copyright form.
The IEEE IPDPS 2011 Proceedings will be a single CD-ROM combining the proceedings of the main symposium and the workshops. The CD-ROM will be "pocketed" in a printed book containing the full table of contents (titles and authors) of the CD-ROM and a detailed conference program. Abstracts of all papers will be posted and linked from the IPDPS Web prior to the conference. Please contact the IPDPS 2011 Proceedings Chair, Xin Yuan (ipdps@cs.fsu.edu) for any questions.
At least one author of each paper should be registered for the symposium in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings. Online registration for IPDPS 2011 is available at www.ipdps.org.
The new IEEE Xplore requirements for PDF will be enforced. All conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility.
IPDPS 2011 has registered for use of IEEE PDF eXpress. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). The IEEE PDF eXpress site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
*Ecopyright and camera-ready submission sites are now open for workshops who have notified authors that their paper has been accepted. Please submit the final paper only after you are notified by your workshop chair that you can submit the final paper through the conference Authors Resources page.
The camera-ready version of your paper should not be submitted on EDAS.

These may be purchased using online registration site (see link above). Please specify the number of extra pages you will purchase (if needed) in the cover message box in the camera-ready submission page before you upload the paper.
For HCW: Authors are allowed a total of 15 pages for each paper. This includes all figures, tables, references and authors' biography. Please include a brief biography of up to 300 words for each author and place this after the references. This will be part of the 15 pages allotted for the paper.
