A one-night stay deposit in USD is required to guarantee reservation. Upon arrival deposit will be applied to last night's stay. Deposit needs to be received within 10 days of the booking date or reservation will automatically cancel. You may either mail the deposit or use a major credit card for the deposit. Once deposit is received, reservations require a 72-hour cancel policy (3 days before arrival date) for a full refund of the deposit. After receiving your request, Eldorado reservations department will contact you by email or phone within 72 hours.
