Proposals are solicited for organizing full or half-day tutorials to be held on the first day of the symposium. Interested individuals should submit a proposal by October 15, 1997 to the Tutorials Chair D.K. Panda (panda@cis.ohio-state.edu). It should include a brief description of intended audience, lecture outline and vita(e) for lecturer(s).
