For the second year, IPDPS will select "best papers" in each of the four technical tracks: Algorithms, Applications, Architecture, & Software. Selection will be based on recommendations by the program committee and final review by the program chair. Authors selected for the IPDPS 2001 Best Paper award will have the honor of presenting their work in a special IPDPS plenary session.

Selection of Best Papers has been made for IPDPS 2001. A special plenary session on Wednesday, April 25, 2001 in the morning will feature presentations by the authors whose papers were selected.
