The Westin Regina is located near the "bottom of the 7" and features all of the amenities that IPDPS attendees have come to expect at resort locations, including rooms with a view of water. The resort is a complex of several buildings which front a private beach steps away from several pool areas.

Facilities & activities are family friendly - kids under 12 stay free – and the grounds encourage small group socializing and relaxing time off from meetings. The spacious meeting areas are complemented by several dining choices as well as an on-site assortment of services including car rental, beauty & barber shop, and fitness spa, and there are tennis courts and an aquatic center.

The special IEEE IPDPS 2000 Westin Regina rate is $130 single/double, available 3 days before and 3 days following IPDPS 2000.

Reservations
Reservations can be made by telephone (+52-98 85 00 86 or 800-524-5405) or fax (+52-98 85 02 96) and may be guaranteed with a major credit card or by check to cover 1 night stay plus tax (12%).

Hotel check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 12 noon. The reservation cut-off date is April 7, 2000. After that date, reservations at the conference rate are accepted on a space available basis. The first night guarantee will be returned on cancellations 15 days prior to arrival date; name changes are allowed without any penalty.
